About Su
I am a certified yoga instructor from S-VYASA university, I am trained in theory and practical yoga, along with kriyas, stress management techniques ,chanting and bhajans. As part of curriculm, I am trained in karma yoga, jnana yoga, bhakti yoga, raja yoga and astanga yoga, along with pranayama.I am also trained in various types of mediation, namely, cyclic meditation, omkar meditation, sound meditation and trataka.

I follow s-vyasa style of teaching which is a step-by-step process that includes demo and detailed instructions, which will help the students follow the sessions with ease.Firstly, I give an understanding of topic to student and then show demo, after which I will let the student ask doubts if any, then will give instuctions to the student for practise and will observe the student. If the student is facing difficulty in any step will give demo till they understnad and will continue to make them practise by giving instructions.
