About Jobaidur
I developed the objectives of my teaching at different levels of my career. Initial development came during my undergrad and grad studies, when I found the rooms of improvement of my professors and found their excellent teaching techniques. I found that teachers need to find some innovative way to introduce new theories so that students get interested.

I found that the students find the math problems very challenging if they do not like it. I prepare a number of problems for the students, for which I spend 12-15 minutes to walk them through by showing each step of the problems. The level of hardness of these problems are very close to their exams. Students get huge benefit from those problems.
