I specialize in empowering students of all ages and skill levels to build strength, confidence, and discipline, both on and off the mat.

My approach blends physical conditioning with emotional intelligence, mental resilience, and real-world self-defense.

Martial Arts as a Way of Life and my passion, and I am deeply committed to sharing my knowledge with others.

I coach both youth and (For an Adults I teach only woman) helping students develop physical skills, mental toughness, and emotional resilience. I believe martial arts is for everyone, whether you're just starting out, looking to improve fitness, or working through personal challenges. It’s more than a sport; it’s a lifelong tool for growth, healing, and empowerment.

Tailored & Inclusive Instruction Every individual is unique. That’s why I personalize every class to meet each student’s needs and abilities — whether you're a child, teen, or adult, beginner or experienced practitioner.

I specialize in working with students facing challenges such as ADHD, helping them transform energy into focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and stress relief — all within a supportive and nurturing environment.

Compared to most local dojos where private lessons usually cost between $75 and $100 per hour, my sessions are not only more affordable but include mindfulness

Online training available (Zoom/FaceTime) — no travel needed

(DMV area) I can travel to you — first 5 miles are free, then just $1/mile
