About Gigi

My name is Gizella, and I've been playing piano since I was four years old. I've learned a lot in the time I've been playing, but what I found most interest in was the ability to write and publish my own music. To me, creating music unlocked so many doors to my music journey, helping me unleash my creativity. It's always been my passion to be able to help students enjoy music like I once did, and ensure it's something they want to continue to grow in. Growing up, I had many times where I wanted to quit music because of harsh teachers or I wasn't being taught well. It's my goal and responsibility to make sure my students can learn as much as they are able to, while also teaching them what they are most happy playing.

About the lesson

Students should always have the ability to play and do what they want. As a music teacher, it is my goal to always keep music lessons fun and inspiring for the student, while also teaching them how to play, read music, and even learn to write their own! What sets me apart as a tutor is, once my students have gone through the basics of playing piano, I will start introducing them to music composing, where they will learn how to write their own music and create beautiful melodies! My lessons are best for beginners, or students who have yet to play piano.
