About Nathaniel
I am a Filipino with experience tutoring my neighbors with their lessons and helping them better understand different subjects. This experience has helped me develop patience, communication skills, and the ability to adjust my teaching style based on each learner’s needs. As someone who is a native Filipino and familiar with the Tagalog language and culture, I can help foreign learners understand not only the language but also how it is naturally used in everyday conversations.

I would first ask why they want to learn Tagalog so I can create a personalized lesson based on their goals and needs. For example, they may want to learn Tagalog for traveling in the Philippines, communicating with Filipino friends or family, working with Filipinos, or simply because they are interested in Filipino culture. Based on their purpose, I would focus on teaching them useful words, phrases, pronunciation, and everyday conversations that they can immediately apply in real-life situations.
