Final-Year University of Sydney Student with High Distinction Grades! Able to help with English reading, speaking and writing.

Tanisha tutored me for my HSC Advanced English papers last year!

She's a really friendly teacher who's able to make learning fun. I used to dread HSC English paper 2 (especially module B on literature), but she helped me appreciate the study of literature more than I ever had in the past. This definitely led to my grades improving - I received a band 6 score in the end!

Tanisha's enthusiasm and positive vibes are infectious, and I found myself looking forward to lessons with her more than my actual high school English class. Even now in university, I still apply her teachings to get through my readings and essay writing.

She is well worth your money if you're looking for the best English tutor in Sydney! Thanks Tanisha!

Tanisha tutored my daughter in high school level English from 2024 to 2025.

We had recently moved to Australia and are not native English speakers, so it was initally a struggle for my daughter to write full essays as she did not yet have a good understanding of grammar and vocabulary. With Tanisha's help, she managed to improve from a band 3 HSC score to band 5 by year 12.

Tanisha is a patient teacher and thoughtful in designing her lesson plans. She was able to give my daughter personalised learning advice and study tips to improve on her weaknesses. She even tried to make practising English more fun for her by recommending English-language books and shows to improve her vocabulary.

A year out of high school, my daughter still has kind words for Tanisha as she helped improve her English skills to prepare for further studies. Thank you Tanisha!

Tanisha's command of English was so good and she's such a nice, patient and passionate teacher. She helped me improve my language skills so much and I would like to recommend her as a tutor!
