Every student has unique strengths, so I take time to understand their specific needs and goals to create personalized learning plans. I generally focus on building a strong grasp of core concepts before moving on to more advanced topics. As an international student who learned math and quantitative methods from both China and Ireland, I’ve picked up ways to blend these teaching styles, using clear structure and practical applications to make things more understandable.
My lessons typically run for 60 minutes.
I’m currently a Financial Economics student at UCL, focusing on quantitative methods, and I earned A+ grades in Applied Economics and Mathematics during my undergraduate studies. I also worked as a teaching assistant in these modules, where I gained a lot of experience helping students.
My lessons are for high school and undergraduate students in economics, finance, or related areas. I’m experienced with students aged 16 and above who want to build their knowledge in quantitative methods, data analysis, and economic theory.
