I am a long time coach and meditator. Focused on the vipassana tradition.

I’m also a customer relationship manager and a business strategy professional.

I want to share with others the gift that has helped me so much in life.

About the lesson

Weekly meetings will include:
1) a Dhamma talk which we’ll discuss the correct way to work and rationale from both Buddhist and scientific perspective.
2) a check in to validate sufficient progress
3) guidance for following week’s meditation (every week builds on the prior)
