I am a direct teacher, show & tell. I encourage independent thinking, critical analysis. Improve reasoning skills. I love to use the peer-like approach, this helps the students who feel intimidated by formal teaching. I will also challenge my students with "why" and 'how" questions to deepen their understanding.
