About Sara
I am a 23 year old female who is very passionate about Biology, and am excited about my upcoming fully-funded PhD at UCL studying algae cells! I didn't always love Biology, though - I often found that, at school, the mechanisms behind biological topics were not fully explained, and so I couldn't see the logical steps which make up a biological process, meaning I found Biology as a whole very challenging and confusing! It wasn't until right before university that I realised that Biology was the greatest science ever, it just needs to be broken down methodologically and properly. Luckily, I had a father who is a Professor in Biology to help me understand that. Now, I am very passionate in doing the same for others, and breaking down and going through any topics which you find difficult to the point that they become really simple and easy to understand. Of course, this will boost your understanding at school, and your ability to successfully complete Biology papers. I look forward to hearing from you!! Please contact me with any questions you have. I am a patient, knowledgeable, and friendly tutor who uses a conversational approach to simplify complex biological concepts into easy-to-understand steps. Bring any topics you find challenging, and we’ll break them down together until they make sense! With A levels in Chemistry, Maths, and Biology, along with an AS level in Physics, I have a well-rounded background that helps me explain even the most intricate biological processes clearly. I also have previous tutoring experience in Maths and English for ages 3-17.
