About Dan
I am a recent First-Class Honours Biomedical Science graduate from the University of Sheffield, where I was awarded the Robert Barer Prize for best performance in final year examinations in my cohort. I have always valued education, from SATs through to degree level, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to support students in achieving their individual goals. I have over three years' experience in tutoring and one year's experience in teaching classes of up to 25 students.

My lessons are centred around each student’s individual needs. Once I understand their goals and learning preferences, I tailor my approach to help them achieve success as efficiently as possible. I use engaging, interactive PowerPoints with visual diagrams and animations to explain key concepts clearly, while incorporating active learning through quizzes and practice questions to reinforce understanding. I also provide guidance on exam technique and strategy, ensuring students make the most of their study time and perform at their best in assessments.
