My personal approach is highlighting strengths and weaknesses in knowledge and identifying gaps and working from there. My lessons are not one size fits all. A bespoke approach and identifying different things about the individual is key to helping them learn and develop. I am also a keen believer in industry practice and possess industry hardware to bring wider exposure to my students.
