About Jeet
I’m a First-Class MEng Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Manchester, having achieved 40/45 in the International Baccalaureate. I have been tutoring for over 4 years and have worked with more than 20 students across a range of abilities and academic levels.
I enjoy tutoring because I find it genuinely rewarding to see students go from struggling with a topic to understanding it with confidence. I believe that students often perform best when they are taught in a way that suits how they learn, rather than simply being given information to memorise.
My goal is to help students not only improve their grades, but also become more confident, independent problem-solvers who understand the material well enough to tackle unfamiliar questions on their own.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs and focus on building genuine understanding, confidence and strong problem-solving skills. I break down challenging concepts into simple, manageable steps and use worked examples, exam-style questions and targeted practice to reinforce learning.
I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Lessons are typically 1 hour long and are suitable for students studying GCSE, A-Level and IB Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I can adapt lessons depending on whether a student wants to strengthen their foundations, keep up with schoolwork, prepare for exams or aim for the highest possible grades.
