About Yanzy
Hello everyone! I was born and raised in Hong Kong, where Cantonese is my native language. In addition, I’m fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, and hold a First-Level Putonghua Proficiency Certificate. I’ve also won several Mandarin speech competitions. Currently, I’m in London pursuing my master’s degree.
As a fellow language learner, I understand the challenges students face when learning Chinese. My goal is to support students in achieving their language goals by offering personalized lessons tailored to their individual needs. I rovide personalized Mandarin/Chinese tutoring for all ages and levels, both in-person and online. My lessons are interactive, practical, and playful, treating Mandarin/Chinese as a skill to be developed. In my language classes, I focus on speaking, listening, and reading and writing. My 50 minute lessons are designed to be flexible, allowing me to adapt content to suit each individual.
