About Violette
I am a 15-year-old grade 10 student at a French high school. My math grades are all at least 80% but I have not always had the best grades in the subject. This is why I feel I am a perfect fit to tutor as I know how it feels to have trouble in a subject at school.
I love to help people and make connections along the way, bonding over shared interests. I take my job very seriously, to ensure every student can build their confidence and understand the subject.

How I teach :
- Explaining concepts verbally, and visually, often using examples
- Helping to solve equations when stuck
- Creating extra notes and worksheets with student
Lesson plans depend on the student, usually going off their learning level.
What sets me apart:
Your child may be better suited with a tutor closer in age, to establish easier bonds; Learning can be much harder with a teacher whom the student dislikes. Additionally, I speak French as well as English to accommodate bilingual learners.
I tutor first to ninth grade math, of any type.
