About Abitha
Hi, my name is Abitha and I’m a first year Medical Student at the University of Leicester. I studied A level Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I spent my gap year mentoring lower and higher ability students at a secondary school. I have taught both KS3, KS4 and A level students. I like to get to know my students, help them work on their weaknesses and it’s always great to see students make massive improvements in their learning!

The lesson will involve a range of activities i.e. active recall, past paper walk through, blurting, delivering new content and revision. I take different approaches when teaching younger students to maximise the chances of those students retaining the information. My achieved grades are A* for GCSE Maths and grade A for A level Maths. I can do 1-2 hour lessons per day and at least once a week.
