About Verity
I'm a passionate Physics university student who loves to inspire other students to share my interest in problem solving through tutoring Maths and Physics. I achieved an A* in A Level Economics, and an A in A Level Maths and Physics, in addition to (concealed information) in my GCSEs. Having tutored for over 2 years at a variety of levels, I can work well with and understand different students and cater to their specific needs. My enjoyment for teaching has been further explored through my time working at summer camps for both primary and secondary aged children, so I'm really excited to meet and work with more new students.

I've formerly tutored several students of varying abilities in GCSE Maths (both Foundation and Higher), Physics and Computer Science for over 2 years, helping students both achieve 9s or move up 3 predicted grades depending on their goals and needs as a student. I currently tutor a student in Physics and Maths A Level, and another in English Language GCSE. My lessons are all 1 hour long, and work for KS3 to A Level, as I can tailor my lessons to many students regardless of age or ability. I'm DBS checked and have additional employment experience working with children at several summer camps in 2024.
