About Aurav
Hi! I’m a first-year university student who loves helping others learn and grow in confidence. Having recently finished my A-levels, I know how tricky some topics can be — whether it’s building strong foundations in primary school or tackling tougher subjects at GCSE and A-level. I’ve tutored students from KS1 to KS5 during my time at Kumon (September 2023 – June 2024), and I really enjoyed seeing how much progress students can make with the right support. I like to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges at their own pace. I tutor because I genuinely enjoy seeing students go from feeling unsure to saying, “Oh, I get it now!” — that’s the best part of teaching for me.

My lessons focus on helping students strengthen their understanding of challenging topics and providing support on questions they find difficult. I am available for: Weekdays: Tuesdays and Wednesdays (2–4 hours) Weekends: Up to 4 hours (with breaks) I have 9 months of tutoring experience at Kumon (September 2023 – June 2024), working with students from KS1 to KS5.
