About Nicholas

I am a kinesiologist with a diverse fitness background. I played pretty much every sport imaginable when I was younger (even the ones some don't consider sports, e.g. marching drum line). I spent 7 years as a full-time student of both kinesiology and philosophy, developing my own unique method of motivating others towards their fitness goals. I have worked with children just beginning their fitness path all the way to older adults who are trying to regain their health and independence in their twilight. I can guarantee that whatever your fitness goal is, I can help you achieve it.

About the lesson

I individualize my lessons based on the wants, needs, and goals of each person with whom I work. If you want a personal trainer, I will put on my personal trainer hat; if you just need extra inspiration in tailoring your own fitness regimen, I wear that hat. If I can't personally help you achieve your goal, I can put you into contact with someone who can. Whatever you need, I can provide! Let's work together to create the version of you that you want to be in 2020!

Nick is by far my favorite instructor. I’ve had several personal trainers in the past but Nick is, without doubt, the most energetic and motivating instructor. He pushes you to the limit and makes it burn! You’ll walk about exhausted yet AMAZING. He won’t let you quit no matter how hard it gets and motivate you to do the best YOU can do. I recommend Nick to anyone who’s looking for a little boost and support to achieve their fitness goals!
