About Serdar
Sports was something I was always involved in at a young age, where I find my drive, identity and humility. Taekwondo and volleyball were where it all started for me. After joining the Army as a Commando, I evolved more towards Fitness. I have always felt pushed to evolve and tried my best to continuously learn, improve my skills and improve myself. What I want to achieve as a Coach is to support my clients in improving their relationships, careers and daily lives.

We start by analyzing your current situation. Your lifestyle, daily habits and your goal. Create a roadmap and plan. Start building better habits that support the process. Sessions usually last 60 minutes. During these sessions we evaluate the practice and coach until the next sessions. You are held responsible for this journey!
