I incorporate many different types of training techniques and modalities such as weights, bands, calisthenics, mobility, animal flow, primal movement and yoga for a well balanced program depending on the needs and desires of each client!
I have several fitness accreditations as well as my 500HR+ yoga certification, I am trained in nutrition and additionally I am an energetic practitioner.
