Cross Training trainer and athlete with years of training experience. I coached people to becoming the best versions of themselves by achieving their fitness goals. My biggest pleasure and reward is seeing the people I train change towards the better and reach their objective. I am always learning and up to date with science proven techniques and methods of training, and always push myself and improve myself in the fitness domain so that I stay the inspiration of my clients.
