About Anna
I am a student at Flinders University and will graduate at the end of this year as a teacher for Middle and Secondary school - I've double majored in History and minored in both mathematics and geography. My interests are games, music and reddit.
I have taught at various public schools for the professional experience aspects of my degree for four years and have taught up to 50 students at once. I deliver content in an interesting and versatile way that encourages learning and participation. I am good at breaking down topics to make it relevant and interesting for students to engage their learning while also ensuring that I hit all the ACARA Curriculum Standards.

My teaching methodology differs from student to student - it all depends on what is needed at that moment! My lessons cater to all students of every learning ability and style. My aim is to be a teacher that is able to teach each student individually at the same standard as every other student in my class. Differentiation is a core concept of being a good teacher that ensures that every student does well and creates a friendly relationship with all students. I am more than happy to take a little more time in order to ensure that students understand the concepts before building on that understanding and expanding on it. I try to make my lessons as fun and as involved as I can - avoiding lecturing for an entire lesson in favour of more exploration by students.
