About Florian
I am an teacher for chemistry and physics back in germany. I studyed chemistry, physics and didactics at the University of Essen. I finished my Bachelor and Masters degree and worked for 12 month as a teacher at the "Riesener Gymnasium (Highschool)". Now im Backpacking with my Girlfriend through Australia and would like to share my passion for science here.

In Germany we learn that learning is a constructive process. That means students have to construct new knowledge for themself based in the knowledge they already have. I help students doing that by finding out what they already know and help them explore and experience the new things.
Beside that it is really important for me that my students recognize that science is more than just a subject and takes place in our everdays live.
