About Maria
I’m a school leaver currently predicted an A* in A-Level Russian, and I’ve always loved helping others understand and enjoy the language. I started tutoring after seeing how much classmates benefited from my explanations, and now I’m excited to work with new learners. I genuinely enjoy teaching and creating a supportive environment where students feel encouraged and confident. Tutoring allows me to share something I’m passionate about while helping others reach their goals, whether that’s passing an exam or simply speaking Russian more fluently.

I focus on building confidence through clear explanations, conversation practice, grammar support and vocabulary. Lessons are usually 60 minutes and take place online. I’m currently predicted an A* in A-Level Russian and have experience helping classmates succeed. I always create a friendly, encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
