About Caitlyn
Playing flute for most of my life has shown me the best ways to practice and improve overall musical ability, and I love to share this passion with others. I have been playing for 12 years, and participated in the PMEA States Wind Ensemble for Pennsylvania. I have experience from memorization techniques to teaching beginner flute.

I love making lessons fun! Lessons can be structured or not (either from a book or playing random pieces), and can be used to practice playing with someone (duets). For younger students, I like going over exercises and adding several activities that are engaging but also help overall musical ability! For older students, I love playing along to help, but also enjoy listening and giving tips and exercises that will improve playing ability!
