About Lee
I am an art psychotherapist who works in wellbeing, mental health, and disability. I am also a qualified and trained yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for many years. I draw from my professional and personal experiences to deliver yoga classes which are meaningful and well suited to the range of students I teach.

My teaching methodology is about the student. I teach from what is needed for the students. I teach at a level that is safe and appropriate with room to develop the mind, body, and spirit. I am interested in teaching a full class that incorporates the breath (pranayama), the postures (asanas) and the mind.
