About Jabari

As a dedicated Singing tutor with 9 years of teaching and professional experience, I work with students from school to college to develop strong vocal techniques, stage confidence, and expressive abilities. I guide learners at all levels to improve breathing, pitch accuracy, tone, and overall performance skills.

One of the proudest milestones in my career has been helping students overcome stage fear and perform confidently in competitions, school programs, and cultural events.

My teaching approach is structured, personalised, and supportive, including vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, rhythm practice, pitch training, and expressive song interpretation.

I believe that music education builds discipline, creativity, and self-confidence, and I strive to nurture all three in my students while making lessons enjoyable and motivating.

About the lesson

My singing teaching methodology is centred on nurturing technically skilled and emotionally expressive performers. Through flexibility, I customise each lesson to reflect the student’s voice type, musical interests, and long-term aspirations.

I incorporate structured warm-ups, breathing coordination, pitch accuracy exercises, articulation drills, and interpretative coaching to ensure steady improvement.

Empathy enables me to connect with students on a personal level, understanding that singing is both a technical and emotional journey.

Compassion creates a safe and motivating atmosphere where students feel confident to grow. Clear communication ensures that vocal techniques are thoroughly understood and applied effectively.

Collaboration empowers students to take ownership of their development through shared goal setting and performance planning. Alongside Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Health education, and Stage Performance preparation.
