I’ve been training with Coach Luigi for a while now, and honestly, the progress I’ve made has been incredible. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to push you without overwhelming you. Every session feels structured and personalised ,he always explains techniques clearly and makes sure you understand why you’re doing each exercise.

What I really appreciate is his consistency and professionalism. He always shows up on time and adapts sessions to how your body is feeling that day. Whether you’re trying to get fitter, build confidence, or learn proper technique, he knows what he’s doing trust me .
