About Coach Mahmut
Hi, my name is Mahmut and I’m from Germany. I have coached a U17 team in the Regionalliga – the second-highest youth league in Germany, just below the Bundesliga – and I also work as a coach and camp director for the Fundación Real Madrid Clinics. In Germany, I run an elite football school, where I have trained several professional players who now play in the Bundesliga and the Youth Bundesliga. My football training is not just a hobby activity – it is designed for ambitious players who want to improve step by step. The focus is on individual development combined with the joy of performance-oriented training. I teach not only technical skills, but I also place great importance on helping players understand the game and make the right decisions in every situation. For me, the most important thing is the continuous development of each player.
Education and Qualifications To prepare myself in the best possible way for my career as a professional coach, I have completed many licenses and courses in recent years: • 2022 – 2023: Sports Nutrition Coach • 2023: “Basis-Coach” NFV • 2023 – 2024: UEFA C-License • 2024: DFB Training Philosophy with Hanno Balitsch • 2024: Hannover 96 Football School – Intelligent Decision Making • 2024: Personal Development Workshop by Tobias Beck • 2024 – 2025: Video Analysis – Veo • 2024: Real Madrid Football School – Training Philosophy • 2025: UEFA B-License • 2025: Greator Festival – Personal Development • 2025: DFB Training Philosophy with Hannes Wolf (DFB Director) These courses allow me to support my players in a very specific way while also deepening my own knowledge in tactics, training methodology, video analysis, and personal development.
