About Jhonny Javier
I'm Javier, a truly passionate of sports, and of football soccer in particular.
After having played in my youth days now I dedicate my time to learn more about developing players to help them becoming the best versions of themselves.
I'm supportive, passionate, friendly, but also with a strong focus on player's development.

About the lesson

-30mins sessions for 3 to 8yo
-45mins 9-18+ yo
-Sessions are designed according to the age and level of skill of the player.
-Sessions for outfield players or goalkeepers
-Sessions are sectioned in 3 main components depending on age and level of skill:
1. Physical aspect: developing balance, coordination and strength
2. Ball mastery: developing skills with the ball (first touch, driving the ball, dribbling, passing and shooting)
3. Skill training: Game-based situations to develop the cognitive element on players besides the technical aspect
I'm a coach with an AFC 'C' Licence with 2 years of experience coaching U11's, U14's, U23's, Senior Football and 1-to-1 sessions with U6's to 30+ years old.
Besides this, I have also obtained Football Queensland certifications such as: "Miniroos" certificate and a "Skill Acquisition Phase" certificate. Apart from having obtained a "Football Tactical Analysis" certificate with FC Barcelona Innovation Hub.
