About Sophia
I am an AMEB Grade 8 student who is also currently doing Music in the IB Diploma (I am in school Grade 11). As well as piano, I also play the marimba and percussion, and have extensive performance and some competition experience in all three.
My passion for music, particularly piano, is something I hope to share by helping people start their learning journey. Piano has given me so much personal satisfaction that I want to help others enjoy.
If you are looking for lessons for your kids, I also have other experience tutoring children and have held numerous leadership positions throughout my school life. I hope to create a positive environment where your kids are inspired by learning music!

I am able to provide piano lessons for those just starting out and those who want to learn piano for pleasure. This is around AMEB Preliminary to Grade 4 level (beginner - intermediate). This would include scales, pieces from a diverse range of genres and levels of difficulty, and basic music theory if desired.
Lessons are 30 minutes, though I am open to negotiation! For school students I can provide some lessons throughout weekday afternoons, however weekends are preferable.
Located around the Lower North Shore (e.g. Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, North Sydney).
