About India
Hi! I’m India. I hold a B.S. in Forensic Science (pre-medicine) with a Chemistry minor from Baylor University and bring 12+ years of experience as a forensic DNA analyst. My career has honed my skills in attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and communication. As a training coordinator, I led and mentored analysts while designing and delivering training plans, practice sets, exams, and lectures to ensure program and trainee success. At the bench, I processed DNA evidence using both manual and automated methods. My academic background spans molecular genetics, biochemistry, statistics, anatomy, physiology, and forensic science. I’m also pursuing an MBA in Sales, Business Development, and Project Management. Beyond work and school, I serve as Research Chair for StemNoire and as a member of the Girls Advocacy League, where I’ve gained experience in leadership, fundraising, and event planning.
