I never learnt just by reading about a topic and I'm not the only one. Learning visually through practicals, drawing, rhymes and acrostics worked for me so it might work for you too, even if sometimes they seem a little silly. Going back to the fundamentals can be so beneficial. I'll tailor each session to what you feel you need to improve or I can put together a lesson plan over a few weeks or more if there is nothing specific. Whatever you feel works the best for you.
