I was born and raised in New York City and have resided in Australia for 20+ years. Fitness teaching has followed me throughout the years from America to here. I specialise also in Group Fitness ie: Zumba, Pilates, Pound (drumsticks), Step Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics and Seniors. Experienced as a Gymnastics Coach working with children ages 2-7. Ex professional ballerina also. Personal Trainer since 2016.
