I have a bachelor's degree, two master's degrees, and a Doctoral degree. In addition, I have adept training in statistical methods and techniques, specifically SPSS and SAS. I have had many years of teaching experience at the university using especially SPSS. In addition, I have many years of research experience at very senior levels with two states and the Federal Government.
