About Alan
I was the Director of the NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) Facility at Penn State University for 25 years. I taught undergraduate General Chemistry and a graduate level course in NMR Spectroscopy. I worked extensively with superconducting magnets, liquid nitrogen, and liquid helium.
