Hi, I'm Natalie, co-owner of the tutoring agency Evolutionary Tutors and a specialist HSC English, Business Studies and Economics tutor. My credentials:

I spend time in our first lesson getting to know each student — their goals, strengths, weaknesses, and what they are working toward beyond the HSC.
Every lesson plan is tailored to the individual, and every milestone we work toward is connected to their ATAR goals or plans after school, so students always understand what they are moving toward and why. This connection to a bigger picture is what builds genuine intrinsic motivation, rather than just getting through the next assessment.
From that first lesson, I also review past assessments, identify the patterns holding your child back, and build a clear personalised plan. Every lesson includes substantial guided practice with immediate feedback — so students aren't just hearing concepts, they're applying them and improving in real time.
We work through each prescribed text together, supplementing and filling in any gaps from class, getting a head start on upcoming assessments and exams, and staying accountable week to week. I have an extensive bank of resources built over 2,100 hours of tutoring — including exemplar essays, past assessments, annotated texts, and subject-specific frameworks — so students always have high-quality material to work from and learn from.
