About Taylor
I taught trigonometry for one year and middle school math for two years. My favorite subject is Algebra! I like that it is the most applicable tyoe of math. I had fun with my middle school students. We created commercials on the web with ratios and calculated the number of rubber bands a barbie would need to bungie jump 20 feet!
I completed my undergraduate degree at California University of Pennsylvania. I then got my graduate degree in middle and secondary education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
I decided to stay home when I had my daughter in 2017. However, I still get very excites about math and am eager to start helping students again!

I believe that a hands on method to math is best in the classroom. In an online setting, I hope to make the lesson as enjoyable as possible. My main concern would be assessing whether the student has the proper background knowledge to complete the task at hand. If not, it is important to backtrack and teach skills as needed.
