About Munir
I have been obsessed with martial arts since I was teenager and I believe it truly one of the best things an individual can do to cultivate confidence, character, discipline and a strong mind. When I say obsessed I mean it in every sense of the word. I am constantly training or reading or watching something about martial arts in order to constantly learn and improve and become a better martial artist.
I also take my health and fitness extremely seriously as I believe a strong body is one of the foundational elements of good life. I have also done private training sessions with friends and enjoy teaching martial arts and fitness as much as I enjoy doing it. I believe with my knowledge in martial arts and fitness I can help you become the best version of yourself.

I am a 27 year old lifelong martial artist who started training as a teenager. My base martial arts is Muay Thai however I also train in grappling and Mixed Martial Arts. The lessons are for all levels and ages and can last from half an hour to an hour and I will teach you striking from the ground up from how to stand in your stance, movement, defence , and how to correctly execute punches and kicks. I will provide you with a solid foundation to defend yourself or eventually compete in martial arts.
I can also help you take your strength, conditioning and fitness to the next level by providing you with various exercises and help you get the body you have always wanted.
I have over 10 years of experience training in various gyms and competing. I have a deep love for martial arts and health and fitness and with this passion I can assist you in achieving your goals.
