What to Expect in Each Session:
Warm-Up (5–10 mins): Gentle movements to prepare the body and reduce the risk of injury.
Core Session (30–40 mins): Focused on strengthening, toning, and skill-specific exercises. Each movement integrates functional fitness with an element of fun.
Cool-Down & Stretching (10 mins): A session-ending routine for recovery and improved flexibility.
