About Matthew
I'm currently a software developer working in the field of robotics. My previous job was a PreAP and AP Physics and Calculus teacher. Before that I was a learning assistant and a tutor at the University of Texas at Austin. I've taught and tutored math and physics for over 5 years. Even with just a small AP Physics class, some of my students were able to receive a 5 on the AP Physics AB test.

I typically work with Juniors and Seniors in high school as well as college students; although I'm capable to help instruct other grades. I like to work through example problems with students, referencing their notes on the subject, and then watch the students attempt a problem with as little guidance from me as possible so I can watch for and address hangups in the process.
