About Sam
I'm a fourth-year medical student, currently studying at the University of Otago, Christchurch campus. Having graduated as the top academic from my high school, I have since obtained entry into the MBChB program, and been awarded with distinctions in both second and third-year.
I am passionate about medical education and am eager to provide teaching to others aiming to enter into the health sciences profession.

Lessons will be based around key concepts, first covering specific information, followed by some practice to reinforce this learning. As we continue, we can tailor our approach to identified strengths and weaknesses.
These lessons will be 45 minutes; concise and to the point.
Mostly applicable for health sciences students, but happy to connect with anyone interested in this field.
Experience includes educational resource development for the Dunedin Society of Aspiring Surgeons, tutoring in high school, and years of peer-peer study collaboration. Throughout this, I've developed an understanding of different teaching modalities and how best to engage with learners.
