About Nora
Hi, I'm Nora! I am currently a medical student, set to graduate in just one month with a dual degree in medicine as well as a Master's in Public Health. I graduated university with a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences. My extensive academic background has equipped me with a deep understanding of complex subjects, and I am passionate about sharing that knowledge with students. During both college and medical school, I have had the opportunity to teach several classes and tutor many students. I have experience tutoring in Elementary Math, Reading Comprehension, Chemistry, Algebra, Language Arts, and more. I've also worked as a teaching assistant for Microbiology. Additionally, I have experience assisting with test preparation for standardized exams, particularly the reading sections of the MCAT and SAT. I’ve come to appreciate that different topics take time for some students to fully grasp, and I truly enjoy helping them along that journey. I strive to meet my students where they are, providing a learning environment that ensures they get the most out of our time together.
