About Lucas
I think learning music has really built me to be a better person over the years, and I don't want others to miss out on that experience! I am confident in teaching beginner, intermediate, and some advanced skills for trumpet and piano.

I am friendly and respectful to others, as I hope my students are to me. Starting out, I would benchmark your skill and see what musical direction you want to head in. Either I will be able to help you out with future lessons or help you contact a more appropriate teacher. I like to keep organized notes on progress, and I will provide lesson plans and a timeline tailored to your area of interest. In terms of teaching style, I believe in practice, a positive learning environment, and mistakes. And when I say mistakes, I mean abrupt tactical improvised ornamental flairs ;)

Perfect! Lucas was able to really engage my 10-year-old in his first ever trumpet lesson. He was able to provide lots of helpful tips and help him have fun along the way. We are definitely continuing! Thanks for the free lesson Lucas. Your time was very much appreciated.
