I know Matt through university as a fellow student, and I have also worked with him in a production team for an amateur musical theatre show. Matt is a very enthusiastic and committed person, who brings positivity to every situation, and communicates and listens well to others. He is an approachable team player, and his encouraging and patient nature makes others feel comfortable around him. When we worked together on the show, he created a light-hearted yet focused atmosphere in rehearsals, inspiring the cast to work hard, which resulted in effective teaching of music whilst also making it fun for everyone involved.
