About Lily
My name is Lily, I have been living in France since May and will be starting an undergraduate degree in French Studies in Paris in September. After receiving a grade 8 at GCSE and an A at A Level in the subject, I have moved here to really get to grips with how the language is used on a daily basis. During my time studying French in the UK, I tested many revision techniques and have many resources, tried and tested, which helped me achieve my results. I also have experience as a conversational assistant for GCSE French foundation students preparing for their speaking exam.

After finding out your strengths and weaknesses I will tailor the lesson to you. Whether it’s reading/writing practice questions, grammar drills, lots of conversation practice in preparation for the speaking exam, or a bit of everything! I am confident in my knowledge of the french language and how to use it to achieve top grades at GCSE. I can also tailor the lessons to a foundation or higher level. The first session would be a chat about what you find the easiest/ most difficult, and a look over some practice questions so I can see how you approach the exams, and then we’ll take it from there!
