About Emily

I graduated in 2023 with a degree in International Relations with a minor in the French language. I have passed the DELF myself with a high grade in the B2 category. I have lived in France and Belgium for two years and speak fluently. I have been giving lessons for about 7 years now. I love learning and teaching languages!

About the lesson

Learning via immersion. We will speak French in the lesson and use a variety of mediums like books, movies and news articles. We can also look at vocabulary and grammar. I think that working with a variety of methods works better than just one textbook at school, and giving you the chance to speak one on one is much more beneficial! Message me for a chat to see what your level is, what you can expect, and what you want to get from this experience!

Perfect! Emily is an excellent tutor and her teaching style is perfect for anyone wanting to learn French! When I started getting lessons I was at a beginners level, but with Emily's hands on approach to learning, including developing conversational techniques and engaging in media such as music, videos, games and movies I was able to reach the goals we established for myself when beginning. I couldn't recommend Emily highly enough to anyone wanting to learn a new language in a fun, enjoyable and unique way.

I highly recommend Emily Craig as a language tutor.
Emily taught my 13 year old son David who was studying distance education how to speak French.
Emily immersed David by games, singing, reading, movies and conversations.
David went from liking French to loving it, he looked forward to his weekly lessons. I have no doubt that Emily could teach students from beginners to experts and that you would be 100% happy with your choice of Emily as your teacher.
