About Gaël

I'm a French native and have been living in England for the past seven years. While I'm now fluent in both French and English, there was definitely a time when getting to grips with English was quite a challenge! I studied French literature at university before going on to complete a PhD in the humanities at a British university. Teaching is a real passion of mine, and I’m truly dedicated to helping others succeed and enjoy their learning experience as much as possible.

About the lesson

I hold a degree in French literature and a PhD in a humanities subject, with extensive experience in teaching both adults and university students. In Paris, I taught French to adult learners, and at Durham University in England, I lectured at the university level. This diverse teaching background enables me to adapt my approach to each student’s unique needs and goals, ensuring that lessons are tailored to their level, age, and interests.

My Approach to Tutoring:
I believe in a personalised and flexible teaching methodology, where lessons are designed around the individual’s learning style and objectives.
