About Christophe
Hi,
I am a Passionate French Occupational Psychologist (Master degree) with a career of 7 years in the Management in training and consulting centers. I trained more than 150 managers in my career to develop theirs organisational, communication, quality assurance and marketing skills.
Passionate by Psychology and more specifically the adaptation mechanism taxonomy (stress mechanisme, emotions management and anxiety issues) I also lead an office where I belong people looking to coop better with theirs emotions.

Adaptation, Ethic and reliability are the key values of my methodology :
Individual training :
1) During the first session we identify a field of interest where I am experienced. Interest creates positive emotions who stimulates the encoding in your memory and ease the recall process. Then we set the targets what you want to reach in terms of : vocabulary, understanding, speaking, writing and in the field chosen.
2) We rate your current level to understand you future progression and be able to set more accurate sessions to yours assets and progression points.
3) During the sessions, we are discussing about the chosen topic and I give you a sum up of it. You will have to fill some documents as well. Writing key notions is important to activate your procedural memory and better the stimulation is during the learning, stronger will be the neural connection and then easier will be the recall.
4) We will regularly assess your progression to be able to adjust the methodology to yours targets and reach them on time.
Collective training ( always < 8 people) :
1) Presentation and introduction to the training. Each participant set his own personal target
2) 1st level evaluation is made on 4 elements : general vocabulary, understanding, speaking and writing. Lessons are revised to fit with the current level of the group
3) General lessons are led to develop the language target and et field knowledge target. Individual and teams exercises are expected
4) Final evaluation to rate your progression in this class
